Their team was knowledgeable and professional. We called about what we thought were wasps but turned out were yellowjackets. They were able to quickly assess the situation and apply an effective remediation. The pests were gone in less than 24hrs. Outstanding work, I will definitely be returning to do business with them.

We called Pacific NW Pest Control a week ago and the owner, Roland, came over right away and went under our house himself. He set traps and took video to show us where the rats were nesting. They scheduled a crew to come out for the next weekend and they removed all of our insulation and vapor barrier and replaced it with new vapor barrier. They decontaminated the area to rid of the bad smell and we couldn’t be happier. We’ve had other estimates and they didn’t compare to the price we received from Pacific NW. Thank you Roland, Rian and crew for helping us out! We appreciate you so much! I can sleep knowing we are free from this nightmare!Debbi V.

I have used this service for a couple years now. They have done a fantastic job. Today Aaron was here he was so professional and friendly. Everyone who has been to the house I have been so happy with. I would recommend this company for your pest control needs.

I like the company and Aron was really nice. I wasn't happy that they made an appointment for yesterday and didn't show or call. I called and they made a new appointment for today which went very well. We went from have literally thousands of sugar ants to none. I think the product and service is worth the quarterly premium.They spray the outside of the house and put jell in any area where there is evidence of ants.

I reached out to Pacific NW Pest Control since they are locally owned and had good reviews. They were so quick in responding to my inquiry and was able to have them come out as soon as possible.The technician who came to my home was so professional and informative. He was able to explain what was happening in a way I would understand, and was nonjudgmental to the anxiety I had about situation.He used two steps in extermination, and since then I have not heard any evidence of rodents! They plan to come back in two months to refill bait stations and check things out which is so comforting!

Awesome service. Received a quote and scheduled an appointment within a day or two. Technician was communicative, on time, and professional. He explained everything he was doing, how it worked, and did a very thorough inspection.At the time of service we had another ant breakout. This had been occurring for a few weeks. Within 2 days of the treatment they were completely gone. Quality service, quality people. Worth every penny.

I was recently referred to Roland, the owner operator. Being a small business owner myself, I always look to partner with providers that serve their customers with honesty and integrity. Well, Roland is that guy and much more!! The very first trip he made to our home was impressive. He thoroughly inspected the property and offered solutions to counter our mice and ants problem (living backed to a green space). His product knowledge was impressive and service was totally 5 star!
